Humanitarian Trip Deposit and Payment

Thank you for wanting to participate in giving the gift of hearing on a Hearing the Call Humanitarian Trip. Please make you deposit of $500 or pay in full to hold your place on a trip. You will be contacted by Hearing the Call to notify you if you are on the trip. All trips are a first-come first-served basis. All monies are processed through our partner Entheos Audiology Cooperative (EAC).

This trip deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before a trip less the credit card processing fees which is $30 for non-members. This is not a fee charged by Hearing the Call and/or its partners, but the processing company. Balance will be due 90 days before a trip. Any cancellations inside 90 days of a trip will be charged a 6% processing fee. This fee again is not charged from Hearing the Call and/or its partners but a fee of the credit card processing service. In addition, any non-refundable expenses paid for on your behalf (such as in-country air travel) will not be returned if unable to get refunded.
