2026 Outreach Trips
Choose Your Experience
Clinic Trip is focused entirely on patient care. You’ll join the team for clinic days only, providing hearing healthcare and training alongside local partners.
It’s shorter, streamlined, and ideal if your schedule is limited.
Trip Rooming and Pricing
All trip pricing is for double occupancy rooms.
Single rooms need to be requested by the applicant and will likely carry an additional charge if available.

Outreach FAQ
Trip applications, payments, and waivers are handled by our partner, Entheos Audiology Cooperative.
Entheos is a member-owned cooperative of private practice audiologists committed to shared values, collaboration, and giving back. Together, members benefit from collective resources in business development, education, and purchasing power, while also supporting Hearing the Call outreach to bring sustainable hearing care to underserved communities around the world.
Clinic Only includes transportation (not flights), hotels, meals, and ground expenses within posted trip dates.
Retreat Days Included adds the retreat’s transportation, hotels, meals, and ground costs. Optional excursions may be extra.
Pricing does not include airfare to/from the country of service, logistics outside the published itinerary, visas/exit fees, or vaccines.
Yes—trips are designed for participants 14+. Some locations require extra forms for ages 14–18 (e.g., notarized travel letters, birth certificate copy). Tell our Global Give Back team about any mobility or accommodation needs before you apply so we can confirm a good fit.
It provides critical information for operations and emergencies, and confirms passport validity for destination requirements.
Applications are reviewed and finalized within 120 days prior to departure. Applying doesn’t guarantee a spot; you’ll be notified if selected.
Deposit: $500 to apply and secure your place. Balance due 90 days prior.
Refunds: Fully refundable up to 90 days before the trip or if no spot is available. Inside 90 days, you’re responsible for ground logistics already incurred (incl. in-country flights). Any remainder is refunded minus a 6% card processing fee.

Currently, Hearing the Call does not serve as a fundraising vehicle to host outreach trips.
