Travel, Flight and CEU Disclaimers

Please do not book any airline tickets until you have received official approval to participate in an outreach trip.

Additionally, we strongly advise that all airfare be booked as refundable or reusable to accommodate any potential changes, postponements, or cancellations related to the outreach trip.

Hearing the Call is not responsible for any non-refundable travel costs incurred prior to official approval or in the event of trip changes.

A business course offering CEUs will be available during the Business Round Table (Retreat Days) only if a minimum of 5 audiologists register and commit to attending the full outreach trip no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled departure. Availability of CEUs is contingent upon meeting this participation requirement.
